water glitch?

for some reason whenever i try to put water in a hole for my farm or whatever, it glitches back into the bucket, and usually it makes my house glitch for a bit after trying i.e. my door won't open/close, rain falls through my roof, weird. not sure whats causing it.

This has been going on for a while. I have not found the problem. Still under investigation.
