I could run melodia right now if i had the files i already run my own bukkit building server all id need would be the files but chances of getting them are nill sorry :/ i tried to assure people that melodia would be back we had so much built and we were ready to open but since water wont well we cant sorry im a failure..

... well i guess if it cant be avoided, i'll join up on a new server with someone here, but i couldn't handle another admin(ship?)... i'm already a manager on another server, and i've been slacking off on my duties there, and i can't play minecraft as often as i used to. i'd rather stay with this server, but if its sinking faster than the Titanic, i might as well jump ship lol. Reminds me of PowerPig.

Water doesnt care about the server or us so he wont put the server up again theres no point trying. Message water yourself if you have a good enough computer to run a bukkit server and no how to as i already manage my own bukkit server.

so no matter what water wont put it up? that's the stupidest thing i'v ever heard. he wont even give melodia to somebody else before deciding to shut everything down, how selfish can u get? there are still people on this server who plan on playing even if waters going to be that way, so at least this isn't the end, tighty mentioned starting another melodia that would be just like the original (except with a mining building/city). i think that if we all group together on a server, even if it isn't melodia, it would still be the greatest server on earth with the friendliest people and most devoted (and fun to play with) admins.*in secret agent voice* lets do this.......

Are you niggas fo' real? Hungry does care about the server in his community. He obviously is busy with school, his band, and his life. Servers cost money to run, and not everyone has the time to run a server. Don't bitch about him by saying he doesn't give a shit about anyone. He loves the community dearly, but is getting overwhelmed with his life. You can't just go out and say that he doesn't give a shit without actually speaking to him and seeing that he actually wrote those stuff.

Alright guys, here is Hungry's explanation for the server being shut down.

Alright, so lets see whats up.

1. Water cares about the community
2. the community wants the server up
3. water wont put it up because of inactivity, lack of funds, and lack of spare time.
4. Water wants to please the community, therefore he wants the server up.

Why dosnt he just give someone the world save and let them host melodia themselves???

woah woah woah, u guys told us that he doesn't care anymore about the server or the people on it. if u had said what u just said in the first place we would have reacted differently. some of us have raged and that was wrong but we had false info so partially not our faults for being a little mad. sorry anyway tho
